Expedited Residential Building Permit Requirements * :

• Permit Application
• Property Record Card
• (2) Drawings of house with locations indicated
• (2) Product NOA's or Florida Product Approvals for any exterior components: each  type of window, door, shutters, roofing, or siding.
• Pay permit fees according to work being done

*Eligible Building Permits as follows (residential only):

• Every Wednesday between 9 am and Noon,
• Certain residential permits that can be issued on a "walk thru" basis will be expedited.
• Permits eligible to be expedited include replacement of roofing, windows, doors, air conditioning units, siding, and railings. 
• Expedited permits will also be issued for new hurricane shutters, electric service changes, sewer hook-ups, and renewal of expired permits will also be processed.
