Permit & Inspection Information
- No inspections will be made unless permit card is displayed and visible from the street, and stamped approved plans are readily available.
- The permit will become null and void if the work authorized does not have another approved inspection every one-hundred and eighty (180) days.
3. Partial inspections are available upon request but will not satisfy the criteria of extending the
life of the permit.
4. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing inspection approvals are required before building inspections.
- Certificate of Occupancy must be secured before this building can be used or inhabited for any purpose.
- Do not remove building permit from job site until issuance of certificate of occupancy.

- Date inspection requested
- Type of inspection.
- Project or Permit Number
- Name of the individual requesting the inspection
- Job site address.
- Property owner’s name.
- Name of contractor performing work along with a contact number
